Bro. Fava Gives Invocation and Benediction at Law Enforcement Memorial

LEM-FavaLast May at the 2012 Missouri Law Enforcement Memorial Service in Jefferson City, an annual event to honor all the law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty, Bro. John Fava, SJ was asked to give the invocation and benediction at the event since he is a police chaplain. The man speaking is the photo is Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster. In the background is the monument with the names of all the deceased officers. Bro. Fava is seated next to the Governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon.  This coming May, Bro. Fava will once again provide the prayers at the 2013 Missouri Law Enforcement Memorial Service.  He states that his invitation to attend the event and provide the invocation and benediction is a huge honor.  Congrats Bro. Fava!
